Guests who use Ridge Farm for business are looking for something different from a conventional hotel meeting room or conference centre. Regional manager meetings, team-building days or maybe just a day or two of respite, all seem to benefit from the privacy and homeliness that Ridge Farm has to offer.

Our location, approximately an hour from central London or Heathrow, and twenty minutes from Gatwick Airport, makes us easily accessible via all of the area’s domestic and international transport hubs.

Self-catering accommodation with 12 bedrooms (8 doubles & 4 twins) in the Farmhouse. Exclusive use of Grounds, Poolhouse and Tennis Court.

From £1,925 +VAT per night
Additional nights at £1,325 +VAT per night.

Rate is for an 8:00 am arrival and a 10:00 am departure the next day.

A late departure time of 6:00 pm can be reserved for an additional rate of £750 plus VAT.

Security deposit of £1000 is payable by credit card on arrival and will be repaid within a week of departure, less utilities which are metered and charged at cost. The above prices are based on midweek bookings.

Extra Option: We are now pleased to offer The Granary in addition to the Farmhouse, which sleeps an extra 2-3 guests.
