Ridge Farm is a historic building in an idyllic rural location. Originally a mediaeval farmhouse, it has grown over the centuries without losing any of its character and now sleeps up to 20 people. Located on the Surrey/Sussex border, it is within easy reach of Gatwick and Heathrow airports, the M25, London and the south coast.

The house is set in 12 acres of gardens, meadows and woodland.  In the grounds we've built an indoor leisure complex with swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, and there's a floodlit tennis court. The nearest golf course is five minutes away, and other amenities in the immediate area include horse riding, walking & cycling.

There are several notable National Trust properties and gardens nearby, and an excellent nature reserve. Dorking town, a well-known antiques centre, is just 5 miles away.  Brighton is only 30 minutes drive, and London is easily accessible by car or train.

Ridge Farm is available all year round and is the ideal location for holidays, weddings, corporate events, workshops and small festivals.
