truly unique event for up to 150 day guests. Exclusive use of the Farmhouse, Bridal Cottage, poolhouse and grounds for the whole weekend and with no compulsory extras, leaves you free to create your event the way you wish.
Having three days at their disposal, our guests enjoy time and space
to ensure they share their celebration with all their family and friends.

Self-catering accommodation: 3 nights for up to 24 people in the Farmhouse with separate Bridal Cottage.
Exclusive use of the grounds tennis court and poolhouse with spa and sauna
Civil Ceremony License in Woodland & Farmhouse
Conversion of the poolhouse for reception and party (no corkage). The poolhouse is restored to a leisure facility by 11am for your Sunday celebrations
Provision of reception furniture including tables (Refectory & Round) and chairs
Complete set-up for Blessing within the grounds
Staff: Weekend liaison, fully staffed reception bar & parking attendant
Camping area with electricity & water supply
Professional (Funktion One) sound system
Payment terms:
Booking deposit: 40%
Balance: 4 weeks before arrival
Security deposit £1500 is payable by credit card on arrival and will be repaid within a week of departure, less utilities which are metered and charged at cost.
